В рамках празднования 100-летия образования Чувашской автономной области и Дня города Чебоксары был организован Всероссийский видеопроект «Пою тебе, мой край родной!».
Цель проекта – сохранение уникальной и самобытной культуры народа, традиций, обрядов.
Инициатором проекта является МБУК «Централизованная клубная система города Чебоксары» Чувашской Республики.
Чтобы принять участие в проекте, необходимо было спеть песню «Алран кайми аки-сухи».
Общественная организация "Местная чувашская национально-культурная автономия г. Нижнего Новгорода" приняла участие в данном проекте и направила свои материалы организаторам проекта.
В Автозаводском парке культуры и отдыха состоялся IV Открытый фестиваль русской гармошки «Играй, гармошка! Пой, душа»
50 гармонистов из районов Нижегородской области порадовали зрителей мастерством владения уникальным инструментом – русской гармошкой. В их исполнении прозвучали разнохарактерные произведения, в том числе искрометные народные наигрыши, оригинальные авторские сочинения, шуточные песни и голосистые частушки, произведения современных авторов, местного фольклорного материала и местных исполнительских традиций.
Общественная организация "Местная чувашская национально-культурная автономия г. Нижнего Новгорода" также приняла активное участие на данном мероприятии. На сцене выступили Юрий Долгов и Нина Мешкова.

День Чувашской Культуры в Автозаводском парке!
Дорогие друзья! Праздник «День Чувашской Культуры» состоится 14 сентября 2019 г. в Автозаводском парке г. Нижнего Новгорода. Начало в 13:00.
Специально для вас выступят артисты Чувашской эстрады, поэты и писатели (г. Чебоксары), ансамбль «Шоколь» (с. Красные Четаи), ансамбль "Илем" (г. Воротынец) и многие другие!

Как сообщает пресс-служба администрации Нижнего Новгорода, в 12:30 началось выступление духового оркестра, стартовали турниры по домино, шашкам и шахматам, а в три часа дня открылся «Фестиваль красок», который затем продолжил выступлением творческих коллективов национальных диаспор «Мы — вместе».
